GREETINGS FROM SEEFELD!..

Yes, we know. It's hard to make a choice with all the excellent hotels in this lovely place, isn't it?

Perhaps you belong to the group of hotel guests who expect good food and standard of accommodation. Then take a look at all the extras on top of this that the Marthe can offer you - without you having to pay any more.

The regular guests at the Marthe are usually individualists with a particular love of nature. The idyllic position at the edge of the forest, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the resort, is a particular draw. Our regulars prefer to commune with a squirrel on their balcony, or to watch deer grazing from their breakfast table.

At midday people meet up on the sun terrace with the fabulous views onto the meadows and mountains and enjoy the daily soup or the fresh fruit from the basket - almost like taking an all-inclusive break! That's the life... Then there's the tasty evening meal that Thomas, the chef, prepares with all of his imagination and love of cooking.

Sometimes we head up in the evening to the hotel's own mountain hut, the Reither Alm, for a grill party. Eating as the sun goes down, surrounded by the sound of cowbells and the majestic peaks of the Wetterstein and Karwendel ranges. What an experience!

ClosIt's a lot of fun to chat with your hosts Hannes and Gerlinde about the flora and fauna of the mountains, to taste the homemade cranberry schnaps, to try out the variety of herbal teas or to discuss the quality of the mountain honey made from our own bees.

We could add so much about what make a holiday with us to unforgettable. But your taste buds always work better with food in front of you. So we'll see you soon here in the Hotel Marthe…
