Walking Programme
As
a guest of the Seefeld-Hotels you have the chance to experience your
own walking guide. Take a trip out with Alex to some of the most beautiful
places on the Seefeld plateau. Accompany him daily through a varied and
colourful walking programme.
MONDAY: INFO ABOUT SEEFELD – CIRCULAR WALK
Alex will take you on a tour around Seefeld and tell you all the stories
about the Seekirchl, the
Wildsee lake, the surrounding mountains, Seefeld's “Stonehenge“, and
the Kneipp area.
Meeting point: Music Pavilion in the Kurpark (pedestrian area),

TUESDAY: Walk through the GAISTAL valley - Leutasch
We take the bus to Leutasch/Gaistal – walk along the stream Salzbach
on a nice woodland path up to the hut Hämmermoosalm – further on through
picturesque pastures to the Ganghofer-haus and then stopping at the hut
Gaistalalm. On the way back we take the path Ganghofer-weg to the bus
stop. Please think of suitable footwear and take some drinks.
Meeting point: Bus stop (in front of the railway station)

WEDNESDAY: Tour up to the romantic hut REITHERJOCH ALM
The tour starts in the Kurpark, then walking to the Rosshütte car park
and along the stream Hagelbach on the woodland path Woldrichsteig up
to the romantic hut Reitherjoch Alm – stop over - on the way back (path
towards Reith) you will stroll along the Bee nature trail. Please think
of suitable footwear and take some drinks. Meeting point: Music Pavilion
in the Kurpark (pedestrian area)

THURSDAY: :00 am: WEEKLY CHANGING TOUR
weekly changing tour, exciting and full of adventure; Alex will tell
you about the tour at the
beginning of the week (e.g. Rotmoosalm-Gaistal, Ederkanzel and Lautersee
in Mittenwald or the Wangalm-Leutasch). Walking time depending on the
tour. Tours are of different difficulty; don´t forget your walking boots!
No registration necessary.
In case of rain Alex will take you on a shorter trip, just come to the
meeting point.
FRIDAY: PURE NATURE – relaxing tour at the end of the week
Enjoy the natural landscape and join Alex on this pleasant walk. We take
the bus to
Mösern and walk to the idyllic lake “Möserer See”, further on towards
the lake Lottensee and
Buchen, stopping at the hut Ferienkolonie Wildmoos, across the Kaserwald
and the valley Kellental to Neuleutasch – Triendlsäge – Geigenbühel –
Seefeld. Please think of suitable
footwear and take some drinks.
Meeting point: Bus stop (infront of the
railway station)
Walking time: app.4 hrs

For € 10,- you can buy a special bus ticket (with valid guest card) for the use of all regional buses on the Seefeld plateau for the entire duration of your stay (tickets available at reception).
Our tip : all walks are more fun when you have decent footwear.
