Stone Circle
The 12 pillars of the stone circle symbolise the 12 apostles and are up to 23 tons in weight. They were placed in an exact position on the hill according to the position of the starts. The best way to get up to this beautiful place is via the Stations of the Cross which begins at the parish church of St. Oswald.
The author Winfried Werner Linde had the idea to make the stone circle a peaceful meeting place for people of all the religions of the world. This idea developed its own dynamic and now thousands of followers of all kinds of religions have visited it.
