Lakes around Seefeld
The Wildsee is only a short walk from the centre of Seefeld, while the Möserer See can be reached with a pleasant walk or in the few minutes with the bus, similarly the Wildmoos See. These three lakes are only the best-known on the Seefeld plateau - there are a few more to discover such as the artificial lake on the Rosshütte, the Weideachsee in Leutasch or the Lottensee in Mösern.
All of the lakes are great destinations for swimmers, sunbathers and families. At the Wildsee there is a heated open air pool with a children's area. You can also take a boat out here. The Möserer See in its lovely natural setting is a favourite meeting place for young and old. The Lottensee and Wildmoos-see only appear every couple of years - they are periodic lakes.
